The Russian Democratic Party YABLOKO has always observed and will always comply with Russian legislation in all its actions.
In all election campaigns the Russian Democratic Party YABLOKO has acted exclusively within the framework of the law and plans to continue doing so in future.
Our party
- has never used dirty technologies in its campaigns;
- has not used administrative resources;
- has always granted true information of the mass media;
- has conducted open and public discussion;
- has never bribed the electorate.
We undertake that to adhere to such principles in future
Unfortunately these principles are not observed by everyone. A campaign using all the elements of the most dirty technologies has been carried out against YABLOKO. We have made public statements about this several times, however, the situation has not changed.
We want all the participants in the election campaign - both the authorities and the political parties - to observe Russian laws and refrain from the use of dirty technologies which malign Russia in general rather than simply their opponents. Following this goal we are going to participate in virtually all efficient observation bodies.
Only strict compliance with Russian law will make it possible to hold open and honest elections in reality and not words alone.
We undertake to strictly observe the Law and call on all our political rivals to do likewise.
