| Commentary: Grigory Yavlinsky, Chairman of the Russian Democratic Party YABLOKO, "We are going to introduce a large programme for the development of small cities in autumn. We would like to discuss the possibility for such work in Rostov Region and the South Russia. This is one of the most important issues I would like to discuss with the Governor today and tomorrow I shall go to one of the well-known small cities [Belaya Kalitva] which is not far from here."
In Belaya Kalitva Yavlinsky will meet the Head of the Administration Anatoli Romanov, deputies of the city duma and public figures: he will discuss the preparations for the celebration of the 300th anniversary of Belaya Kalitva. This is not the first visit by Grigory Yavlinsky to the Don region. According to public opinion polls YABLOKO is the third largest political association in the region.
