| MOSCOW (MT) -- Russian parties that will be competing
in the upcoming State Duma elections are running out of their official
campaign funds, Interfax quoted Central Elections Commission officials
as saying.
Yabloko has already spent over 87 million rubles ($2.91 million) out
of its official 121 million ruble campaign fund, while the Union of Right
Forces, or SPS, has spent 38 million out of 56 million rubles set aside
for its Duma campaign, the CEC said, citing Sberbank data as of Oct. 21.
