MOSCOW, December 16 (RIA Novosti correspondent Larisa
Sayenko) - The Yabloko party will determine the format of its participation
in the presidential elections at the congress on December 19-20, said Yabloko
spokesperson Eugenia Dillendorf.
She said that the congress would decide whether the party will nominate its
own presidential candidate or will nominate a single democratic candidate.
Earlier, Yabloko leader Grigory
Yavlinsky spoke about the talks with the Union of Right-Wing Forces
on the nomination of a single candidate. The presidential elections are
scheduled for March 14.
The Yabloko party lost the State Duma elections. According to the central
Election Commission, it took only 4.3 percent of votes.
