| The absence of representatives from the Union of Right-Wing
Forces and the YABLOKO party will have an ambiguous impact on the economic
reforms of the country. This opinion was expressed today by RF President's
advisor for economic issues Andrei Illarionov. In Mr. Illarionov's opinion,
the failure of candidates of the Union of Right-Wing Forces and the YABLOKO
to enter the new State Duma will "slow down some reforms and accelerate
other economic reforms in the country".
