At the presidential elections of 2004 Yabloko and the SPS will
probably be represented by a single candidate. Negotiations have
already been held to submit the leader of Yabloko Grigory Yavlinsky
as this single candidate, said the leader of the SPS faction Boris
Nemtsov. According to Nemtsov, Yabloko and the SPS "should
have a single candidate". "It would be sheer foolishness
and even a crime before the country, if the SPS and Yabloko were
both to have their own candidates," added Boris Nemtsov.
