The All-Russia Yabloko Association and the All-Russia Democratic
Russia Movement consider it important for our country to overcome
the weakness and political dependence of democratic parties and
introduce dynamism and a new quality to the Russian democratic
movement.
In the interests of successful development of the democratic
coalition, the All-Russian democratic parliamentary Yabloko party
and Democratic Russia, whose creation launched the political organisation
of democratic forces of the Russian Federation, hereby declare
the creation of a public and political union of democratic forces.
The goal of the union of democratic forces is to ensure constant
social and political interaction at all the levels and joint implementation
of the aims and goals of the common programme and consolidation
of civil society on aconsistent democratic basis.
The participants of the union of democratic forces are creating
a coordination group.
We are open to interaction with all democratic forces.
