After listening to and discussing the report of the Chairman of the
Association for the political and
socio-economic situation in the country, the Central Council of Yabloko
resolved:
1. To consider the issue of labour remuneration and timely payment of
wages as an important direction in the
activity of the Yabloko Association;
2. To recommend that the Yabloko faction work more actively in the
following directions:
- raising the minimum wage to the subsistence minimum;
- raising wages for budget workers;
- introducing compensation for workers for late payment of wages.
3. The Chairman of the Association should call on President Putin to
return to the draft law "On Monetary
Compensation to Workers in Connection with Violation of Wage Terms and
Redundancy Allowances".
