has been a longtime YABLOKO’s activist and a colleague of
Igor Artemyev, member of YABLOKO’s Political Committee and
head of the Federal Anti-Monopoly Service.
Valdimir Yefimov’s performance as the head of the Department
for Control over the Housing and Communal Services Sector,
Construction and Natural Resources of the Federal Anti-Monopoly
Service. I am certain that under his guidance the Moscow branch
of the Federal Anti-Monopoly Service will consistently oppose
mopolism which is one of the most acute problems in Moscow
now.
