On the commission of the head of the Green Russia faction Alexei Yablokov, Olga Zepilova, member of the YABLOKO Bureau and deputy head of the Green Russia faction, visited Chelyabinsk, Ekaterinburg and Severouralsk (Sverdlovsk region) on July 13-17, 2009.
“The goal of the trip was replenishing of the ranks of the party and the faction”, said Olga Zepilova. On July 13 the Bureau of the Regional Council of the Chelyabinsk branch of YABLOKO adopted a decision on creation of the Ozersky local branch of the party and the faction.
“After negotiations with the activists of the Northern Urals Foundation For the People-Friendly and Clean City we began creating the local branch of the party and the faction in the Northern Urals. Renowned ecological activists continue joining the party,” noted Olga Zepilova.
