The discussion of freedom of speech in Russia will be the main topic
of the All-Russia Democratic Assembly that will meet in Moscow in the Such a decision was adopted at the second meeting of the Democratic Assembly held in Moscow on Monday, December 3, 2001. Representatives of 22 parties, movements and civil organisations took part in this meeting, as was the case at the first meeting in June 2001. Representatives of the Union of Journalists of Russia and the Glasnost Protection Fund are responsible for preparing the discussion of the main issue.
