It is hard to find the words to express the pain of loss and our endless

condolences to all the relatives of the selfless and courageous defenders of our Motherland who died so tragically.

We shall do everything within our power to ensure that the budget of our country at long last allots the funds required to finance the Russian military forces; to stop the lies, corruption and theft by the top levers of power; to provide education and professional training for young people.

We consider this our duty.

With deep and sincere grief, we bow our heads in memory of those who died so tragically.
