The political parties, the Union of Right-Wing
Forces and YABLOKO, proceeding from the need for consolidation
of the democratic forces in Russia and a pooling of efforts to
strengthen fundamental common values in Russia –civil society,
a socially-oriented market economy and law-governed state, hereby
declare their coordinated position in view of the coming elections
to the State Duma and Presidential Elections as follows:
- The Union of Right-Wing Forces and YABLOKO agree to mutually
support the single candidates agreed upon in one mandate electoral
districts to the State Duma and will put all their efforts into
coordination of candidates with other democratic forces.
- The Union of Right-Wing Forces and YABLOKO, jointly with
other democratic forces, including those in the All-Russia Democratic
Assembly, will conduct consultations on developing a single
democratic platform for presidential elections.
